To make, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then blend one can of rinsed, drained and de-shelled chick peas (optional — helps digestion!), 1/2 cup All Purpose GF Flour, 1/3 cup coconut sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup mashed banana, 1/4 cup tahini or nut butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 cup water or dairy free milk.
Pour into a lined baking pan and add sprinkles and crumbled @goodiegirlscookies Birthday Cake Sandwich Cookies on top. Bake for 25-35 mins (depending in how gooey ya like it) and let cool before slicing — if you can resist.
